How to Return an Item :
- Contact Us : Reach out to our Customer Service team at 2614000800 and let them know you would like to return your item.
- Return Authorization : Our representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number is essential for processing your return.
- Prepare Your Package : Place the item in its original, unworn condition along with the RAN number in the return package. If you need packaging materials, the carrier can assist you.
- Ship Your Return : Take the package to your preferred carrier. Free return shipping is available for customers worldwide but is limited to a maximum of three returns per customer.
- Delivery and Refund : Ensure your return reaches our office within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will process your refund within two weeks of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For bank wire refunds, a company check will be issued.

- Special Orders : Items that are customized or special-ordered are not eligible for return.
- Return Guidelines : Items sent back without an RAN number, beyond the 30-day return period, or inadequately packaged may not be accepted. Returned items must be in "new and unused condition." We cannot accept items that show signs of wear or have been altered by any jeweler other than Trinity Jewells.
- Loose Diamonds : Returns for loose diamonds require the original laboratory grading report. If the report is not included, a fee of $150 will be charged to replace the certificate.
- Resizing Policies : Eternity bands and tension rings cannot be resized due to the complexity of their design. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure the correct size is selected at the time of purchase. For assistance with ring sizing, please use our ring sizer tool or contact our Customer Service team. We do offer resizing services for tennis bracelets to shorten them, with a non-refundable fee of $75. The links removed during resizing will be returned with your bracelet.
