Warranty Coverage :
- Manufacturing Defects : If your jewelry sustains damage due to manufacturing defects, please contact us for evaluation. Customers in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK will receive free return shipping labels. For customers outside these countries, a $50 deposit is required before shipping the item to us for evaluation. This deposit covers shipping and expert evaluation and is fully refundable if the damage is covered under warranty. We also offer free return shipping for all warrantied repairs. For repairs not covered under the lifetime warranty, we will provide a cost estimate for approval before any work begins. If the repair is not approved, the deposit will be used to cover return shipping after evaluation.
- Repairs and Replacements : If the damage is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no charge. Repairs performed by jewelers other than Trinity Jewells will void the warranty. We will replace any fine jewelry within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, we will replace jewelry valued under $1,000.
Exclusions from Warranty :
The warranty does not cover :
- Wear and Tear : Discoloration of precious metals from chemicals, makeup, or immersion in pools and hot tubs.
- Normal Wear : Wear and tear on prongs, gemstones, or precious metals over time.
- Damage from Everyday Use : Damage caused by normal use or trauma, such as prongs bending or gemstones falling out.
- Loss or Theft : Loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft.

- Extended Service Plans : Available for purchase, covering many common wear-and-tear issues.

Free Lifetime Diamond Upgrade
Trinity Jewells is excited to offer a free lifetime upgrade for our natural and lab-grown diamonds. You can exchange any loose natural diamond purchased from us for a credit equal to the original purchase price when upgrading to a new natural diamond of at least 1.5 times greater value. Similarly, any loose lab-grown diamond purchased from us can be exchanged for a credit equivalent to the original purchase price towards a new lab-grown diamond of at least twice the original value.
Eligibility Requirements :
- Condition : The diamond being upgraded must be accompanied by original documentation and be in saleable condition.
- Exclusions : Upgrades are not available for colored gemstones, including colored natural and lab-grown diamonds, settings, or jewelry.
Additional Information :
- Credit Details : Upgrade credit does not include duties or taxes paid on the original purchase. Duties and taxes will be applied to the full retail price of the new diamond before any credit is applied.
- Setting : If the new diamond cannot be set in your original engagement ring setting, you may exchange it for a credit towards precious metals, based on current metal prices. We offer recycling of gold or platinum jewelry and provide a credit accordingly.

If youâre confident in your diamond selection but want your partner to help choose the mounting, we offer a temporary mounting option. We will set your diamond into our classic 18K White Gold 2mm Comfort Fit solitaire engagement ring.
How It Works :
- Temporary Setting : Within 60 days of your initial purchase, you and your partner can return the temporary mounting and select from our extensive range of customized mountings.
- Refurbishing Fee : A $75 refurbishing fee will be deducted from the purchase price of the 18K White Gold 2mm Comfort Fit engagement ring for using the temporary mounting.
- Credit : A $75 refurbishing fee will be deducted from the purchase price of the 18K White Gold 2mm Comfort Fit engagement ring for using the temporary mounting.

Colored Gemstone Policies
Trinity Jewells is delighted to offer a diverse selection of unique loose colored gemstones. We can also set your chosen gemstone into any of our standard ring settings that fit the shape of your gem.
Return and Exchange Policy :
- Eligibility : If youâre not completely satisfied with your loose gemstone or with a gemstone set in one of our standard mountings, it is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days.
- Condition : The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
- Exceptions : Rings that have been resized or previously exchanged are not eligible for return or exchange.

Engraving Services
At Trinity Jewells, we offer engraving services for many of our rings and select necklaces/bracelets for an additional $40. You can personalize the interior of your ring with a message through our website for wedding rings. For engagement rings, please reach out to us for assistance.
Laser Engraving
Most of our diamonds feature laser engraving on the girdle with an identification number, such as the lab grading report number, and/or a unique symbol. These inscriptions are visible with a 10x magnification loupe but are not visible to the naked eye.
